History:

1979-2003

Ian Mellor the founder and Proprietor of Mellor auto electrical qualified at Huddersfield technical college, and has served the West Yorkshire area since 1979 for over 28 years, building up an extensive long established client list based on friendly, professional and reliable service to meet all vehicle and car electrics needs across the board.

2003

He was joined in 2003 by his son Stuart Mellor who qualified at Manchester college achieving a advanced diploma in auto electrics, and is now helping Ian his dad carry on the same professional and reliable service to all his customers.

2008

Mellor Auto Electrical launched its online shop service mellorshop.co.uk to sell auto electrical parts online, moving forward with the online demand.

2009

Mellor Auto Electrical merged its successful online shop with its existing website, bringing all services provided into one central site.

2010

Following customer feedback, Mellor Auto Electrical revamped its online store in order to make it easier to locate and purchase the full range of night heater kits and replacement parts.

The Future:

The future for the Motor Trade is proving to be very exciting. With vehicles becoming more reliant on computers, we will continue to up-date our knowledge and technical equipment so that our customers can feel secure that they are getting the best service possible.
